I'm really interested in this event, but I can't do it for 7 hours - especially since I'll have my son with me all day.Is there some way folks can get involved with less of a time commitment? Or I could use a clue about what part would be the best to attend.

I'm glad I got to meet you for a moment at the end. You can easily get involved in one of the working groups that formed. It would be easiest to join the Transition Carrboro google group. Once the steering committee transcribes all the minutes from all the sessions, you can evaluate the groups and join one by contacting the leader. Liane Salgado
