Everything under one roof

Actually, that's the pretty much the ONLY thing it does, at least so far. I'd like to be hopeful about this, but I haven't seen any evidence of a shift in organizational culture that would be necesary to truly open up government processes to meaningful public participation.

culture change is hard

But I see a little light in the school district acknowledging need to be more transparent in development of next long-range plan.  From board agenda for this coming week -- http://chccs.granicus.com/MetaViewer.php?view_id=2&event_id=8&meta_id=7098Can't solve a prolem unless you admit you have one.
